The Catalyse Companion Volume
The Catalyse program is a movement-based learning program designed to enhance physical, social and emotional wellbeing through active engagement with music, poetry, and self-reflection activities. Individuals gain confidence as they work through the program. The companion volume and other resources offered as part of the Catalyse program hold thought-provoking and relevant content for children of all ages (Kindy to year 12 and beyond) and allow students to evolve without outgrowing the program.

The Companion Volume
This 88-Page publication includes additional information and links to the Catalyse online resources for facilitation of the program. The companion volume includes self-reflection questions and worksheets with example responses, plus group activities to further embed learning.
