The first step to combating stress is getting to know it. Stress is a major cause of disease, lack of activity, loss of creativity and productivity, and currently, the biggest threat to our health and wellbeing both personally and professionally. Every single day we are bombarded with stressors that trigger a cascade of physical and emotional reactions within the body. The Kadam Kinetics stress management workshops identify modern day stressors, demystify the human stress response and provide participants with simple tools to engage in positive behaviours to combat stress, both in the short and long term.

The Kadam Kinetics Stress management workshops are beneficial for individuals of any age group. The workshops can be tailored for your work place, school children and teachers, or simply a group of ‘stressed out’ friends.  

Programme Benefits

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the human stress response and evaluate their own reactions to stress by identifying major contributing factors and triggers within their daily lives. They will learn about the human brain, it’s anatomy and function, connection to the GUT and impact upon behaviour, in relation to stress.  Participants will learn simple and effective short and long term techniques to combat stress and will keep a 3-week stress diary to expose their habits and use these findings to implement strategies for positive change. Participants will discover the detrimental impact of stress on creativity and productivity within the school, work and home environments and will identify ways to create a culture in which mental health is considered the number 1 factor for successful outcomes.

Location
